How To Apply

1. Pick up an application and read the entire packet. Applications are only available for properties with an open waiting list. Click here to check which waiting lists are open.
   1. You can find the electronic application at the bottom of this page (click "Apply");
   2. Call the facility and have them mail you an application; or
   3. Pick up an application directly from the facility’s office.
2. Fill out the application.
3. Return a hard copy of the application to the facility to which you’re applying.
4. We review your application to determine your eligibility.
5. If eligible, you join the waiting list.
6. When you’re near the top of the waiting list:
   1. We interview you.
   2. We verify your financial information.
   3. We conduct credit and criminal background screenings, a sexual offender screening, and obtain a landlord reference.
7. Upon final approval, we offer you the first available apartment.
8. You sign a one-year lease and pay the first month's rent, plus a security deposit equal to the monthly rental rate.
9. You move in!

You must send the correct application packet to the building to which you’re applying. Incorrect packets will not be accepted.
